Syncing Your Personal Calendar With Your Team Calendar

You can sync your team calendar with your personal calendar and mobile devices. Find your calendar software or mobile device below for directions.

If your device or computer supports web calendars, then the live calendar feed will be imported into your calendar program. This works well with Microsoft Outlook and iOS devices.

Google Calendar

  • Right-click on the “download calendar feed” link and choose to copy the link location
  • Open your Google Calendar on a desktop computer
  • In the other calendars section, there is a drop down arrow with the option to add by URL
  • Paste the download calendar link in the URL box
  • The download calendar feed link will download the calendar file (ICS file) to your device or computer, you can import this file into most popular calendar and scheduling programs, however this will be an offline copy of the schedule and will not automatically update when changes are made.

Apple iOS Devices

  • Click “Live Calendar Feed”

Android

Web Calendar feeds do not work on android devices (yet). To add the live calendar to an Android device via Google Calendar follow these steps

  • Right-click on the “download calendar feed” link and choose to copy the link location
  • Open your Google Calendar on a desktop computer

  • Paste the “download calendar” link in the URL box

Other Devices
